BTV Investments, LLC was founded by Terrance and Rebecca Vlach in 2011 as a locally owned and operated Minnesota based Property Management Company. We are focused on providing comfortable and memorable Rental experiences and services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction and we will do everything we can to meet your expectations for a variety of Apartment Rental Units to choose from. Having traveled the world over the past 25 years, we realize that everyone wants a place to call home when they are away from home. Our Studio Apartments were furnished to reflect that comfort that we all seek when away from home for work or for play.
